Shipping Across Europe

At ZUBRA COLORS, we process and ship your order with care – from our studio directly to your door. Our products are packaged securely and with attention to detail to ensure safe delivery of every sample, tester, or paint tin.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days. In rare cases (e.g. high-volume orders over €1000), processing may take slightly longer – we’ll always keep you informed.

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days (depending on your country)
  • Express delivery: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery estimates are indicative. External delays (e.g. logistics disruptions, border customs, or weather conditions) may impact final delivery times.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A confirmation email with your tracking number
  • An SMS with tracking details (if phone number provided)

You can track your shipment at any time to see its progress.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of placing your order. We will investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Shipping Outside Europe

For international shipping outside Europe, please contact us directly with your location and request. We’ll check the best shipping method available and confirm costs and delivery timeframes tailored to your destination.

Events Beyond Our Control

ZUBRA Sp. z o.o. is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, logistics breakdowns, border delays, strikes, pandemics, or power outages. In such cases, we will do our best to inform you and minimize disruption.
