At ZUBRA COLORS, every paint is freshly made to order – we mix the base and pigments specifically for your selected shade. We don’t keep stock on shelves, which is why testing the product beforehand is so important.

How to Avoid Unnecessary Returns

• Order a paper sample to view the shade in your room’s lighting.
• Use a 250 ml tester with PrepCoat to paint a small wall section – this surface is meant for painting, so nothing is wasted!
• Check the coverage details carefully on our site – all information is honest and based on real-world use.

This is the best way to ensure the result matches your expectations – no surprises, no returns.

Return Conditions

Important: If the purchase was made without first testing the product (sample or tester) or without consulting us, the customer may still return the product under the following conditions:

• The product is unopened.
• The condition allows it to be resold as new.

In this case, a refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued.
If the product is returned opened, damaged, or incomplete – the return will not be accepted and the transaction is considered final.
